And it shapes the way you lead.

There are plenty of places to learn techniques, strategies, and leadership principles.
Leadership Formation is about something deeper.
Over four weeks, we'll step back from what you do as a leader and examine who you are becoming, how God has used the seasons of your life to form you, and what that formation may mean for the leadership ahead of you.

We're not teaching you what to think. We're helping you understand how your life has shaped the way you lead, and how God may be shaping what's next for you.
This isn't about adding more leadership techniques. It's about understanding the leader your personal experiences are forming.
